Join us in this role where you’ll represent Offshore Operations throughout the strategic partnership development from early engagement to agreed partnership in new markets. You’ll engage in active discussions on the potential role and implications of our company and joint venture (JV) partners during operations of projects in new markets. In this position, you’ll therefore take on the responsibility of negotiating our Operating & Maintenance Agreements (OMAs) with investors and partners in new and existing markets.

You’ll be part of the JV Structuring & OMA Negotiation team where you, together with your colleagues, will support our Offshore Business Development team in providing operational input in JV Negotiations, ensure new JV structures are in line with Operations’ global and local strategy, and develop new commercial offerings to external partners, including pricing of new OMAs in cooperation with M&A, Business Development, and partners. We lead and drive OMA negotiations in cooperation with M&A Partnerships and lead or support commercial O&M opportunities, considerations, and agreements in new global markets.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • leading and supporting O&M opportunities in new markets
  • leading OMA negotiations
  • developing new commercial offerings to partners
  • defining and agreeing price and risk elements of external OPEX budgets
  • representing Operations in JV negotiations.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have a strategic and commercial mindset
  • have strong negotiation, communication, and project management skills
  • have a master’s degree in business, economics, law, or similar
  • are result-oriented and structured
  • have experience in the offshore industry or other relevant experience and substantial professional experience.
