Ørsted Joined the Japan Climate Leaders Partnership
Ørsted has joined the Japan Climate Leaders Partnership (JCLP), a coalition of forward-thinking companies aiming to realize a sustainable decarbonized society.
"The Japan Climate Leaders' Partnership (JCLP) "was established in 2009 as a unique Japanese business group based on the recognition that industry must have a sound sense of urgency and initiate proactive action to realize a decarbonized society. As of July 2021, 193 companies from a wide range of industries, including some of Japan's leading companies, have joined the group.
By joining the JCLP, Ørsted aims to contribute its renewable energy know-how in Japan by developing offshore wind with like-minded companies and deepening relationships with local stakeholders.
