Join us in this role where you’ll support the Norddeich-operations with creation, development, and implementation of processes and procedures, and lead various improvement projects, focussing on e.g., electrical safety.

You’ll be part of the Norddeich Operations & Maintenance (O&M) team where you, together with your colleagues, will support the Head of Site Operations and Operations Managers onshore with your in-depth technical and electrical knowledge. As a team, we grow with our challenges and achieve goals together that seem unattainable individually. We live continuous improvement and having fun at work is an essential part of our success.
You’ll play an important role in:
acting as deputy to the vEFK-WTG
acting as Authorising Engineer as well as deputy Authorising Officer with regards to the Wind Turbine Safety Rules
developing and implementing strategic improvement initiatives for O&M activities
supporting preparation and execution of preventive service activities.
To succeed in the role, you:
have a degree in electrical engineering or similar education
are a skilled senior WTG technician or have experience from a similar environment
have relevant knowledge of German electrical safety legislation
have experience in working in interdisciplinary teams.
