Welcome to ERP Development
You’ll be part of ERP Development team, a group of really great, reliable, and skilled people, where you, together with your colleagues, will work in a SAFe setup (Scalable Agile Framework). In this structure, developers are assigned to different teams, closely cooperating with other SAP experts like Functional Consultants or the BASIS team. You can always count on other team members to guide or help you, in the event of any problems, and they are all very engaged and motivated. You’ll have a chance to continuously improve your qualifications. For example, you’ll be able to participate in SAP trainings or conferences. We also have an SAP ABAP Community of Practice where you can talk about problems you’re facing, learn from the others, or share your own knowledge. Our team also focuses a lot on having a healthy work-life balance and supports flexible working hours.
You’ll play an important role in:
- building ABAP-based custom solutions: creating new reports, interfaces, applications, and maintaining existing ones
- enhancing existing SAP standards, if necessary
- analysing and fixing production incidents
- supporting Functional Consultants in the analysis, and debugging where necessary
- cooperating with the rest of the team and with the business.
To succeed in the role, you:
- have experience in SAP ABAP programming, incl. object-oriented programming
- have experience in SAP enhancements and modifications
- have analytical skills
- are a communicative person and a team player
- speak and write in English.
