When our managers recruit new employees with the assistance of our talent acquisition partners, we ensure that the positions are advertised, candidates are invited to job interviews, test links are sent, and the recruitment system is updated. If you enjoy interacting with many different stakeholders and thrive in being part of an administrative back-office function, this could be the job for you.

Welcome to Global People Services
You’ll be part of Global People Services PL where you, together with your colleagues, will be the backbone of Talent Acquisition and will ensure the day-to-day operations, with a focus on CE & UK activities, especially assisting country entry in Europe. Besides the ongoing daily operations, team members participate in relevant projects, e.g., PeoplePortal, onboarding, and D&I events. We also drive global processes, incl. reporting, knowledge management, and analytics. As a team, we cooperate together, and team relations and atmosphere are key.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • handling the recruitment process in our recruitment system, creating the recruitment projects, keeping the projects updated throughout the process, and completing them when the project is closed
  • managing invites for tests and test results, as well as the booking of job interviews
  • handling questions and requests from managers, candidates, and talent acquisition partners
  • implementing our global recruitment process in new countries.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have a clerical education, or similar
  • are experienced with administrative tasks, Excel, Outlook, and correspondence via email 
  • enjoy having many ongoing tasks at the same time and can handle these professionally 
  • thrive on being in contact with colleagues and candidates from all over the world 
  • can communicate effectively and smoothly in English, both in writing and orally.
